This 75 minute Heart-Centered Yin Yoga class is designed for all bodies & levels to unwind, release tension, and reconnect within. Includes guided meditation, & breathwork, to support deep rest, stress relief and relaxation. (Some classes may also include Reiki, aromatherapy and/or sound healing.)
