About the event
As the wheel of the year turns toward Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of harvest and the thinning of the veil between worlds, this Restorative Rest Ritual offers a slow, embodied way to meet the season. As the veil thins, we will be guided by oracle cards, deep introspection, and the receptive space that restorative yoga creates in order to connect with the Otherworld.
Our evening's intention is to allow our bodies, hearts, and minds to begin to settle into the wisdom of the restorative, dark half of the year, honor the Spirits who guide the season of Samhain, and connect with and honor our spiritual and bloodline Ancestors to receive their guidance and show them our love.
Guided by Melissa Fikuart of Lumina Sage Healing & Yoga, the evening moves through a series of long, supported restorative postures paired with a Spirit of the Samhain season,…
