In this workshop, you’ll learn a grounded approach to transforming emotional heaviness into clarity, resilience, and personal strength. Through elemental practices, guided reflection, breathwork and visualization, we’ll explore how to safely feel and transform fear, anger, grief, or self-doubt without bypassing or suppressing them.
You’ll leave with practical tools for transmuting emotional intensity into wisdom and forward movement, plus a deeper trust in your capacity to hold and transform what arises within you.

Nicki Allgood is an author, Reiki Master, and yoga teacher in training who is passionate about inner transformation. For more than 15 years, she has studied visualization, manifestation, and energy awareness as tools for healing and empowerment. Nicki believes that each of us has the ability to alchemize our experiences into growth, healing, and empowerment.
