Skate/Walk/Run - Yoga - Meditate - 70's Style!
Get your 70's gear on (if it suits you), grab your roller skates (or tennis shoes) & your yoga mat to join in a great time with community & raise money for a great cause at our annual Mindful Triathlon!
We have partnered with Big Grove Brewery - Iowa City Taproom to host this exciting event with proceeds being donated to NAMI of Johnson County. All ages and experience are welcome!
