Join Reiki Master-Teacher and PMHNP Renee Gullickson, along with Nicki Allgood, author of the Chakra Inspired Tales children’s book series, for a fun and engaging workshop that introduces kids to the world of chakras!
In this hands-on experience, children and parents will explore:
Gentle yoga and meditation practices to help them feel calm and connected.
Chakra basics – what they are and how to keep them balanced.
How to use a pendulum to check for chakra blocks.
Easy tools and practices to clear blocks and bring in positive energy.
