An enchanted energetic evening of 90 minutes of Ecstatic Dance followed by a 15-minute Drumming Ceremony. No drumming experience necessary!
Please bring a drum if you have one.
Adaptogenic drinks will be provided.
Ecstatic dance is a free form of dance with the goal to achieve ecstasy. This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts and you get to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement.
There are only 3 guidelines in ecstatic dance:
1. No alcohol/drugs
2. No talking
3. No judgment
Ecstatic Meditation is an active meditation that involves five-stages leading you to a state of bliss. It is full of movement, laughter, and ultimately cathartic rest.
