Join us for a rejuvenating day of yoga and life coaching! This in-person event is designed to help you find balance and connect with your inner self. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is open to all levels. Our yoga instructor, Renee Gullickson will guide you to help you relax, stretch, & strengthen your body. In addition, our skilled life coach, Liz Firmstone, will facilitate an engaging exercise to help you connect with others in your community!
